Neal has only been back from a month long tour for only a few weeks and had to jump right back into fatherhood without even a minute to sit on his favorite toilet in the house. (the one in the guest bathroom, he could sit there for hours playing games on his phone) Anyhow,who,way. After being gone for a month him and Reiley pretty much had to get to know each other all over again and real quick because I had to work. Poor men....they just don't give themselves enough credit for being so great! Neal had a tough time for the first couple days. A crying baby is not easy but is manageable. Neal had a few things to figure out and is now happy and content with being a poppa. And let me tell you, he is the best poppa. I love watching him play and talk to Reiley, every once in a while I catch him even talking a little baby talk. He feels like a dork when he talks like that in front of me but I think it's so dang cute! We are having alot of fun together now that Reileys BIG personality is coming out and we can play a little bit more. Neal is such a great mister mom and fortunately I found these pictures that Neal took of him and Reiley playing while mom was at work.

I bet there is all kinds of sweet baby talk while you are gone. Wouldn't ya like to be a fly on the wall! o-gee-boo-boo! Way a go Neal for jumpin right into the Daddy role! Those tours must wear you out! Oh, and good job Linzie too! YAHOO for the Middletons!
I think that is the cutest thing. When mom's away dad will play. It is probably really good for Neal to have the time alone to really bond. You guys are just too cute.
